
Menu Planning
I know how daunting it can be to have to alter your diet, sometimes quite radically and then be left wondering what there is to eat & enjoy!
I can devise a tailor made weekly menu plan for you to include breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. I can do this either after having a nutritional consultation with you or as a stand alone serice that I provide even if I haven't seen you as a client. It may be that you have an already diagnosed gluten intolerance, a food allergy, would like to take sugar out of your diet, or just that you would like to be able to eat healthy food. As long as I am made aware of important and relevant medical conditions, allergies and intolerances prior to devising a menu plan, I should be able to help.
