Cookery demonstrations
I hold cookery demonstrations throughout the year to showcase a variety of vegetarian recipes utilising fresh, wholesome and wherever possible, organic ingredients . I have found that although many people are informed by nutritionists and through the media about the benefits of cutting out certain food groups, such as yeast, sugar and dairy products, they are then left wondering what to eat, as the vast majority of our foods contain many of these ingredients. Therefore, these sessions are designed to enable you to gain an understanding of how to avoid some of these food groups whilst still being able to cook uncomplicated, tasty, high-quality nutritional dishes using fresh, healthy ingredients. All my dishes are can be enjoyed on their own as they are or as an accompaniment to any meat or fish dish. Many of the ingredients used are not limited to only one style of cooking but are extremely versatile and they can be adapted for use as meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
